Greyson Chance fans will get a surprise this New Year’s Eve as the singer songwriter has just been added to the lineup to perform on Dick Clark’s annual “Rockin New Year’s Eve with Ryan Seacrest” holiday show.
Greyson will appear on the show’s West Coast network feed along with other top performers including Justin Bieber, Jason Aldean, Ellie Goulding, Brandy, Flo Rida, Karmin, One Republic, Pitbull, and The Wanted.

On the East Coast in New York City’s Time Square there will be performances by Psy (Gangnam Style), Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Neon Trees.

The 51/2 hour broadcast will end with the traditional dropping of the New Year’s ball in Times Square at midnight.
This is not the first New Year’s show Greyson has participated in either.
Greyson performed in 2010 on the NBC network with host Carson Daily shortly after being discovered by Ellen, and belted out is now famous version of Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi.

And Greyson is no stranger to Christmas music and has performed Brenda Lee’s “Rockin Round the Christmas Tree” on the Ellen Show as well as several times while on tour in Asia last year.
