In every new artists career there are moments along the way that mark an important milestone.

In the case of singer Greyson Chance, that milestone comes in the form of the one year anniversary of his music video for "Unfriend You" - one of his first released singles.

With almost 11 million views on Vevo alone, June 30th 2012 marks the one year anniversary of the “Unfriend You” music video.

And leave it to Enchancers all around the World to not let Greyson forget that his video just celebrated a birthday!

On Friday and Saturday, fans took to twitter to trend the hashtag #1YearUnfriendYouMV and within an hour it was a trending topic all around the globe.

In fact, Greyson noticed the trend and sent out a saying,

“#1YearUnfriendYouMV‬ wow! Can't believe this, seems like yesterday.”

Singer songwriter Greyson Chance has always embraced the internet and social media - even admitting he’s the worst speller ever on twitter!

In addition to his own official website, Greyson has also brought his social influence to internet properties such as YouTube, Everloop, Cambio, DimensionU, Spotify, and Woozworld.

And in one of his biggest social media moves to date he has expanded his artistic universe with his own new show on the YouTube startup venture Awesomeness TV.

The Awesomeness TV concept was created by veteran Hollywood TV entrepreneur Brian Robbins who is trying to usher in the age of internet video as a content destination as an alternative to traditional television.

UPDATE: New Details on Greyson Chance’s July 2012 Visit to Hong Kong

New details are emerging regarding Greyson’s trip to Hong Kong next month and here is what we know:

Greyson Chance will be visiting Hong Kong for the second time on July 4th 2012, and will hold a “Photo Party” on July 5th from 4:00pm - 5:00pm at the CD Warehouse, 12/F, Langham Place.

If you purchase a copy of his Special Asian Edition of Hold on ‘Til The Night you will find a special pass inside the CD case.

The photo pass looks like this:

Holders of the original copy of the Photo Pass will be granted entry to the event and to a photo opportunity with Greyson in person.

There will also be a contest where one winner will win a date with Greyson that will include personal time and a dinner.

Greyson will also host a Karaoke Party on Thursday night July 5th at Red MR Wanchai Branch on Tonnochy Road. The party will take place on the 5th floor and VIP reservations are needed. VIDEO - Greyson Chance Gets His Own Show On Awesomeness TV and Takes Over

The new Awesomeness TV YouTube channel launches 6/21/12

Greyson Chance is getting ready to take over Awesomeness TV in a YouTube and Twitter campaign to help the new YouTube Network’s official launch on June 21st 2012.

Awesomeness TV brands their new YouTube Network Channel as the new online destination for everything from comedy to sports to reality and everything in between.

Over the last few weeks fans were encouraged to submit their own YouTube videos asking Greyson any questions they wanted in a mysterious contest that was not well understood.

Now we know what it was all about!

It looks like Greyson will have his own series on the network and will answer questions at the end of each show.

It also looks like there will be phenomenal footage and behind the scenes video of Greyson and his band during their 2012 Asian tour.

We're not sure how many shows will be in the series, or what the topic of each show will be but we can't wait to see what's coming up! 

While a lot is still unknown about the new venture, they have just released a promotional video trailer featuring Greyson for his new show.

Well, we all hoped it would happen. We all thought it should happen. And now we know it WILL happen!

Greyson Chance took to Skype last weekend to thank his EverLoop contest winner @GreysonsGirl98 and he let the cat out of the bag by confirming a 2012 U.S Concert tour.

We also get the feeling that his new album release may be coming sooner than we thought and it only makes sense to kick of a 2012 U.S. concert tour not long after releasing his new album.

Teen singer Ariana Grande and her friend Liz Gillies tried to prank call Greyson Chance yesterday during a live chat with her fans….. but it didn’t go so well.

After calling Greyson, Liz used a deep male voice and acted like she was looking for his wife.

But Greyson was on to them and the whole prank went down in flames!

Greyson later took to twitter to tell Ariana and Liz that it was not possible to prank him saying,

Maybe Ariana should take some lessons from Greyson since he has done a successful prank and it was all caught on camera for a TV show!

It’s here!!! We finely get to see Greyson Chance in his Channel [V] TV Special he taped while on tour last month in Bangkok Thailand.

This is the video showing the footage of Greyson boxing in traditional Thai boxing attire including shorts, boxing gloves, and tattoo arm sleeves.

There are snippets from his television appearances, his concert showcase and meet and greet, and a full segment with Greyson learning how to Thai box with Mike at the Bangkok Fight Club!

The boxing segment starts at about 11:00 into the video.

We think it’s interesting that in Greyson’s record contract there is a clause that says he never has to appear wearing shorts.

Our conclusion after watching this video several times is that Greyson is indeed a lover, and NOT a fighter.

Remember last month when we posted some pictures of Greyson Chance boxing in Thailand?

Well, we just found out that Greyson filmed a television segment with Channel V in Bangkok with him in the boxing ring!

Channel V will be airing the special broadcast later this month and they just released a trailer for the upcoming show.


We were able to grab a few screen shots from the teaser and have posted them below. We will also be adding them to a Facebook album as well
